A Life Transformed by Sally Jeffree

God is looking for people to be His ambassadors, demonstrating His love, presence and power to a hurting world. Our ability to achieve this goal has little to do with our gifting or resources, but everything to do with His. Just as the moon can only light up the night sky by reflecting the light of the sun, so we have no light of our own, but we can reflect His light into a dark world. God is able to take any ordinary and unspectacular life and make it extraordinary. This is one of many such stories. When I took my first small risky steps of faith, I could never have imagined in my wildest dreams the adventure that would follow.

In this testimony, I have described the steps that God led me to take and the decisions, which I needed to make to allow this exhilarating transformation process and the miracles which followed. If we are to see the miraculous, we need to work in partnership with God and to do things His way. It is therefore essential for us to learn how His ways are very different from ours, and often require us to take risky steps of faith into a place where we are totally dependent on Him, just as Peter had to hear Jesus’ word “Come” and to step out of the boat before he was enabled to walk on the water.
